1. Payment Method : Payments are made in cash upon delivery or pickup.
2. Production Time : Each Spotify Glass is custom-made. Production and delivery takes approximately 7-10 days after order confirmation.
3. Delivery & Pickup : Customers can choose home delivery (extra charge may apply) or free pickup from our location in 'La Goulette, Tunisia'.
4. Returns & Exchanges : Since each item is personalized, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
5. Order Cancellation : Canceling an order after confirming will put you at risk of joining the blocklist. You won’t be able to order again.
